An air shower is a two-door, walk-through dust removal chamber installed before cleanroom entrances to prevent contaminants from entering controlled spaces. HEPA-filtered, high-velocity jets deliver ISO Class 5 (Class 100) air that dislodges particles from garments, while return grilles recirculate and trap debris. Interlocked doors keep one side closed during the timed cycle to preserve pressure balance and stop cross contamination; photoelectric sensors start the cycle automatically, and an emergency stop with manual override is provided. Cabinets are built in SS 304 or powder-coated GI with smooth, easy-clean interiors, prefilters plus H13/H14 HEPA cartridges, LED status indicators, and audible prompts for user guidance. Air showers are widely used in electronics manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and animal research facilities to protect sensitive processes during personnel entry.
