Ductless AHU LAF

Ductless AHU Laminar Airflow (LAF) units are advanced air purification systems designed to maintain ultra clean environments in critical areas such as modular operation theatres, cleanrooms, and laboratories. These self contained units do not require external ducting, which makes them faster to install, easier to relocate, and simpler to maintain. Room air is continuously drawn into the unit, passed through pre filters and fine filters, and finally through high efficiency HEPA cartridges to remove submicron particles. The supply is delivered as uniform laminar airflow that creates a clean work zone and helps maintain positive pressure in the procedure area. Typical features include EC or VFD controlled blowers for stable airflow, differential pressure monitoring, filter life alerts, and optional UV germicidal lamps. Housings are built from powder coated GI or stainless steel with smooth internal surfaces, a low turbulence plenum, and a perforated diffuser for even distribution. Tool friendly access allows quick filter replacement and routine validation such as PAO leak testing and particle count checks, helping facilities keep uptime high and compliance reliable.
