PUF (Polyurethane Foam) panel partitions create clean, safe, and energy-efficient zones for hospitals and pharmacies. The rigid PU core delivers high thermal insulation that stabilizes room temperature and reduces HVAC load, while smooth, non-porous skins in SS 304 or pre-coated GI are easy to disinfect and resist stains. Factory-laminated panels use tongue-and-groove or cam-lock joints to form flush, low-leak assemblies with silicone-sealed seams that minimize particle traps and air bypass. Fire-retardant grades and PIR options support fire performance requirements, and optional antistatic or antibacterial coatings strengthen infection control. Panels integrate with cleanroom doors, vision windows, pass boxes, and concealed raceways for gases, electrical, and data, enabling fast, dry installation with minimal disruption. Typical thickness ranges from 50 to 100 mm with densities around 38 to 45 kg/m³, selected based on temperature control, acoustics, and structural span.
