Twin Pipeline Adapter

A twin pipeline adapter allows two BPC flowmeters to connect to a single self-sealing medical gas outlet. It uses the same safety key plug profile as self-sealing valves, with gas-specific, non-interchangeable indexing to prevent cross-connection. The body is typically chrome-plated brass or stainless steel with leak-tight O-ring seals and internal non-return check valves so one line cannot backfeed the other. Suitable for oxygen, medical air, or other indexed gases, it supports simultaneous, independently regulated flows while maintaining outlet integrity. Use within the outlet’s rated capacity and local standards, and pair with area alarms and zone isolation for safe operation. It is available in BS, DIN, and Ohmeda compatible versions with clear gas markings for instant identification. Optional 360 degree swivel and locking collar reduce hose strain during positioning. Quick attach and release design speeds changeover, and routine inspection with periodic O-ring replacement helps maintain leak-tight performance.
